Jalapeno-Cheddar Potato Cakes

 

JALAPENO-CHEDDAR POTATO CAKES
Serving Size: 4-6

What you’ll need:
The recipe for the Jalapeno-Cheddar Perogie filling
1 tbsp of olive oil
Your favourite leafy herb for garnish (cilantro, parsley, basil)

Directions:

1.       Form the filling into little pancakes

2.      Heat a medium sized frying pan with oil

3.      When the oil is nice and hot, fry the pancake on each side until you get a nice brown crust

4.      Place onto your serving platter, sprinkle with your favourtite leafy herb, and serve hot!

Pearing Suggestions: Add a sunny side up egg (and maybe a drizzle of chilli oil?) for a perfect breakfast!
